Maureen Cooper, Co-Chairman, CEO
Maureen is a Boise State University Graduate, BA Major, BS Minor; writer for the Ivory Tower Magazine, for Brigham Young University and Boise State University. Maureen served as an Adjudicator for the Federal Government Social Security Disability Determinations Dept., and a licensed Worker‘s Compensation Adjuster.
Finding her way back to the Entertainment business, Maureen served as Chief Executive Officer of Goliath Promotions, Vice President of Programming and Distribution for MiCasa Network, Chief Executive Officer for Launch TV Network, negotiating film to television, cable and/or major network contracts, including HBO, TBN, RTV, AMC, Shudder and etc..
Maureen oversees programming acquisitions, and has negotiated and obtained rights for over 30,000+ programs, including feature films, television series, documentaries, etc… Maureen Cooper, CEO of Maybacks Global, has licensed rights and obtained a film library of up to approximately 30,000+ titles; television series, movies, documentaries, cartoons, sports specials, music specials, various one-off TV specials, and etc.., including ongoing relationships with various distributors on a continuous basis, gathering more content to keep building up and generating the best quality programming possible.
Maureen has developed relationships and secured executed deals with the companies considered to become the major Smart TV Portal Device providers in the world, creating and securing a platform for multiple networks to be a part of their deployment in various major branded television manufacturers for Smart TVs. Maureen spends the multitude of her day communicating and securing relationships, thus being a part of the industry’s growth in new media, and digital growth within the television industry.
Maureen has also won her way into the offices of corporate headquarters multiple times to discuss cable distribution for networks. These relationships do grow as they are developed and will become part of Maureen’s continual distribution arm for networks as she continues to work in this industry. Maureen spearheaded Launch TV Network’s international launch in Africa, as well as, the new media channels for Launch TV Network and other online and new media ventures. Maureen served as a TV Syndication Manager for AMGTV Network from 2009 to 2012 and Program Director from 2010 to 2012, as well as handling general traffic needs regarding format and satellite feed details for affiliate TV broadcasters.
Maureen assisted with smaller start-up networks, in acquiring new affiliate TV broadcast stations for their network, and has managed, assisting with programming and distributing for up to 20+ networks on a continuum. Maureen Cooper retains the spotlight on profitable growth with media & entertainment, ranking as a top contender in the media and entertainment industry sectors on both their profitability and growth rate, as well as providing a performance comparison of the overall media and entertainment business, to any other stock market indices.
David Zucker, VP of Business Development
David is spearheading new business development for Maybacks, and has been in the Entertainment Industry most of his life. His creative endeavors are that of Comedy Writing and Producing.
David's many other hats he wears, besides that of his creative contributions to the Arts, include the part where Art meets Commerce; his Negotiation Skills and Guidance come from his years of experience working with the Industry Experts. David is known for his Negotiation accomplishments, aside from his other achievement with My Jam Music Network that is globally distributed onto Top-ranked Entertainment platforms; including, but certainly not limited to, his New My Jam Music Network V2 ROKU Channel, that has up to 20 premium networks airing with A-List Star Studded movies and series 24-hours a day. David can wear many hats in this Industry, from Actor to Manager, to Network Owner and Network Distributor. David has already begun with business development and lined up Top-rated deals before we could even "dust off his desk and get him a chair!" He is an entrepreneur at heart and we just follow his lead.
Priscella JC Holyfield, Co-Chairman, CFO
Priscella is an experienced affiliate marketing professional who enjoys the business and creative aspects of affiliate marketing by building and developing affiliate relationships through innovative marketing tactics, promotions and events.
Priscella has assisted and/or worked in management for up to 20 networks, such as Affiliate Communications Coordinator for Launch TV Network, AMGTV Network, and Hot TV. Priscella also handled acquisitions with responsibilities for finding new relevant content and Affiliate Relations for 15+ broadcast channels.
Aside from years of TV Network and Film industry experience, Miss Holyfield served as a Project Coordinator for ACS at the early age of 17-years old with the next youngest person in her department in their 30’s, at that time earning approximately 42k a year, for two years. Miss Holyfield currently has over five-years’ experience in the Call Center Industry; with an average of 99% quality assurance regarding quality control in the Pharmaceutical Call Center industry, an industry that has one of the strictest guidelines within the Call Center industry.
Priscella grew up in an entrepreneur environment; thinking “outside of the box” she studied pharmacy at Penn Foster, then passing the Arizona State Board Exam, receiving her Arizona State Board License for Pharmacy Technician, assisting in pushing her to the top of her team and she has overseen and served as the Help Desk for Pharmaceutical Business Call Centers.
This high level of Call Center experience, combined with her Film and Production, Programming, Affiliate Relations with various TV Networks and Broadcast Platforms, serves as a perfect combination for the iLaunch Global, Call Center Operation’s Officer. Surely this combination of experience is not likely an easy find.
Miss Holyfield is the initial Co-founder for My~Holyfield TV Network and had been broadcasting her own network for over a year at age 24. Priscella has kept up the respect and honor of the “Holyfield” name; that some industry people fall short of. She is honored to be related to such a great and forever legendary iconic American hero, as Evander Holyfield.
Priscella has been in the Entertainment business since she was 8 years old, where she won first runner-up, to become Angela Anaconda’s TV series’ newest Cartoon Character! Between the ages of 19 to 20 years-old, Priscella was the Creator, Writer and Co-Star host in the Nationally Broadcast TV Series, “Niteclub Ratings!” Priscella Home Schooled and graduated High School at an early age of 16-yrs, with scores as high as 720, thus, awarding her to skip the process of the SAT’s. Priscella's studies in Business Management & Marketing at Arizona State University, will be an advantage to The Company, in our Pricing and Marketing Strategy to corner the market.
Priscella is also an artist and designer, and has managed her own cut and sew designs and sales. She was fortunate enough to work with Emmy Winner, Designer, Kenneth (K-Bobby) Edgar, in NYC, as a runway model for his clothing line-up; in two runway fashion episodes of “Niteclub Ratings.” Priscella also took studies at the Art Institute of Phoenix, focusing in Fashion and Design; she takes creative ideas and integrates them with business, which will be essential in building company brands.
Karen Sundt, Sr. Manager of Production
Karen is an experienced Producer with a demonstrated history of working in the broadcast media industry. Skilled in Photography, Cinematography, Avid Technology Products, and Videography, and Commercial Productions. She is a strong arts and design professional with a Bachelor of Arts/BA, focused in Professional Photography Motion Picture and Video; Graduating from Brooks Institute of Photography.
Karen has been Sr. Manager of Production for several Series, and Commercials for various Networks we have managed. Commercial productions, for clients as well as, focus on cross promotions and competing with products in the marketplace.
Karen has devoted and contributed her specific industry skills in the field of TV, film and advertising.
She is a seasoned and talented professional, and is an asset to "our team," and always welcomes her ideas and projects.
